Can antibiotics make someone prone to scarring(permanent indented scarring)even to the slightest extent?

I did not have any scarring till I decided to go on antibiotics,and now I scar even from small zits.

If that's the reason for scarring I will be off it right away.Please do answers.

but why will I scar even from small zits(no popping or picking) after taking antibiotics whereas I didn't in over 5 years?

Over time the constant inflammation of acne can degrade collagenization. Try using a retinoid to boost it.
