I think that's a really mild form of ice pick scarring with some hyperpigmentation. To be honest, it's not bad at all, I wouldn't do anything too invasive. If you apply sunscreen and maybe some topical vitamin C solutions, the hyperpigmentation will go away. As for the ice pick scars, if they bother you, you should look into maybe getting a chemical peel.

I'm not saying it's horrible, but there are a lot of very shallow scars. Not sure if I should bother doing anything invasive or if I should just keep them. I know acne scars do not heal on their own generally, but could this type of shallow scarring fill in over the years?
