You need subcision with suction or filler

I see fairly deep rolling scars with a few scattered boxcar scars. I agree subcision + suction are appropriate for these kinds of scars. If you want more instant gratification, then fillers may be an option but you have to find someone who has great precision when injecting. Often I find that a lot of doctors miss scars, inject too little, or overcorrect.
