Skyline i'm amazed nobody replied to your massively relevant question in relation to acne. Inflamation is the main problem with acne in my opinion. From my experience the following have been hugely important to me personally in keeping our problem at bay. I've suffered from this for the last ten years now and its only in the last 3 months where i can gladly say good bye to acne and its juicy inflamation.
1 - If you smoke, seriously consider cutting them down to less than 5 a day or completely give em up. Give them up Now, the carbon compounds create inflammation.
2 - Get your tongue around some apple cider vinegar ( its disgusting but its cleans and purifies your insides). Have a bath in the stuff( i use 2 cups) . Inflammation hates apple cider vinegar.
3 - Help your skin free itself of dead skin by introducing some Salicylic acid, Glycolic acid and Lha, i think their in the regimen products here. Look for products with these ingrediants.
4 - Zinc supplements. It helps the skin to repair and renew itself.
5 - Drink a little turmeric powder with water and lemon juice first thing in the morning. Their both anti inflammatory. Drink water and more water.
6 - Get out in the sun or take some vitamin D tablets. Inflammation hates the sun ( trust me).
7 - Glucosamine Sulfate and Undentured type 11 Collagen Supplents. Anti inflammatory goodness.
Skyline i hope you get some helpful tips from this, but as always be positive, and you will win the inflammation game.

Thanks you soooo much for your detailed reply!! Highly appercaited
Glad to hear your saying goodbye to acne that's good to hear! Hopefully I can follow the steps
I have a few questions well I'm still on acctuane so I don't want to put any face things etc anything topically so most of them suggestions are perfect besides I can't go I'm the sun ofcourse and I don't smoke so I'm good there.
What I'm really excited to try from what you suggested is vitamin D tablets, apple cider, zinc tablets and the tumeric also the Glucosamine Sulfate I would love to try these all daily is it a good idea mixing all these supplements?
I'm see'ing my derm tomorrow so I might go out and buy all this do you recommend the tumeric drink first thing in the morning followed by apple cider lunch time and night/before bed and ofcourse the zinc, vitamin d and Glucosamine Sulfate daily
Please let me know thank you so much!
I take Zinc and vitamin D supplements and it really does reduce inflammatory acne, I saw results in 2 weeks. Make sure the vitamin D is D3. That's the type of vitamin D you get from the sun.
Thanks so much man! Appercaite it I wish I tried it sooner
It makes sense really I had NO imflammtory untill about 6 months and I had no sun what so ever in that 6 months I probably lacked in vitamin D which probably causes the inflammatory
On well I cannot wait to try it cheers!
