Hello everyone.I have a hypertrophic scar above my eyebrow which was initially excised 6 months ago on the NHS( england). This reduced the size of the scar but its still raised in my opinion and silicon sheets, dermatix gel and steroid injection has not really helped flatten it enough. So I decided to discuss Recell with Dr Khan at Harley street who advised having it excised using botox so that the skin would remain relaxed above the eyebrow and apply recell to speed the healing processI thought I would see what you guys think of this procedure? Thankyou

hey your scar can probably be fixed by a decent plastic surgeon there's no need for you to do re cell it wont help you much in your case i too am getting excision done in the summer so feel free to message me if you want to no the people i have found. good luck
Thanks Robertitoo.I dont mind the scar. Its the raised appearance that annoys me. Why cant we sort scars out like taking dents ot bumps out of a car .......Hope01.... thankyou, I have sent you a message.I thought recell would speed up the healing process and the botox would allow the scar to heal without any tension from the eyebrow muscle? What would the alternative be?
