Will A Dermaroller Get Rid Of Icepick Scars?

I have a few icepick scars on my right cheek and I haven't found any way to get rid of them. Will using a dermaroller with a vitamin C serum take care of that problem?

IMO, it won't help with icepicks. I did 5 sessions of professional dermarolling and it didn't do a darn thing for my scars (very shallow rolling scars and 3-4 medium depth boxcar scars). My overall skin looked better but that's it.

Sorry. Have you thought about excision?
