Step 1. Google Translate: Acne Scar (English) --> (Chinese, India, Russia ETC) (or any Populous country or any rather)

Step 2. Copy paste the translated text onto google images or so. Example: = Acne Scar in simplified Chinese.

Step 3. Click on any before and after that seems interesting (You'll most likely have never seen these before & afters). You'll likely end up in a website that is in a different language

Step 4. Paste link here: https://translate.google.com/ (Foreign language) --> (English)

Have fun!

I've seen the French one with the punch grafts. I don't know if I could walk around for 6-8 weeks like that before getting them dermabraded to blend them. From reading the not-so-great translation, it seems like the after pictures were posted 2 years post op. I believe he said that some of the circular borders on the punch grafts were still visible and not fully blended in with the surrounding skin. I think he also said that he only found out about subcision after doing the punch grafts and he thinks that may have been more appropriate for his scars because they were mainly rolling scars with normal appearing skin on the surface. Still, it looks like a pretty good result. If you look carefully you can indeed still see some of the rings around the punch grafts.
