Are These Scars Or Large Pores?

So I've been using tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide, and doxycycline for a long period of time and have noticed these large pores/ice pick scars becoming enlarged. What do you think they are? This isn't me but this is kind of how it looks (photo is attached, left one). Do these bother you? Trypophobia? How do I get rid of it? Thanks

Just large pores. Everyone has these it's just more noticeable in some people. Facial peels might help

I have the same problem on my cheeks...enlarged pores from years of blackheads/whiteheads. Ice-pick scars are usually larger than the ones seen in the photo. Enlarged pores are very common and no big deal.

pore size is predetermined, i believe only laser treatment can shrink them.

i noticed some ice pick scars i have look more noticbable after using tretinoin for a while. Just looks like over exfoliating coupled with some inflamation itll look like it did before after your skin grows back also try not to use much bp with the tretinoin

For me, mixing baking soda and water and very, very gently rubbing it on them and rinsing with cold water helps. Also not using harsh soaps or creams.
