What Kind Of Scarring Is This? How Can I Treat It?

Hi!

I never had any problems with my skin until the age of 17. It hit me really fast and it didn't take long until most of my face was covered in acne. Tried different methods for about a year, but in the end I caved in and tried Accutane. After about 5 months on the drug I was almost completely acne-free but it left some pretty bad scarring. Now I know it's probably not as bad as it is in my head, but I still want to treat it. I have no idea what kind of scars I have which is why I'm here. As with most scars, they look horrible in some lightning and okay in others.

So a little bit of info: Haven't struggled with acne in about 1.5 years. In my own opinion, I haven't seen any improvement to the redness at all, as in, the scars still look the same as they used to. I've included some pictures of my cheeks and my forehead, in natural lightning and with the bathroom lights on. Can I treat these scars and what are the little bumpy things on my forehead? Thanks!
