Hello,
I noticed that when I shower and take off the benzoyl peroxide and moisturizer off that you can see more red marks and acne scars. And then when I put on the bp and moisturizors some of the red marks and acne scars look less noticeable.
Does anyone know a thick moisturizor or a good cream to hide these acne scars or make them look less noticeable?

The bp and moisturizer from the regimen both contain sodium hyaluronate which plumps up your skin, that's why it works so well. I would just keep using these to keep your skin looking plump throughout the day. Most other creams that contain that ingredient and/or other skin plumping ingredients are outrageously overpriced.
You can try using a glycerin based cleanser to help further keep your skin looking plump and fresh. That helps make my scars look much less prominent.
