Hi guys,

 

These are the pictures of my post acne scarring - different lighting pictures. The one in the sunlight is the worst one of all.

Do you think it's worth investing in surgery/fraxel to smooth the skin?

TBH, the first two pics are not great, so it's hard to advise. The last pic is a little better, but half your face lies in shadow so it's hard to see what your scarring truly looks like.

From what I can see, it's not bad, but as for procedures, we'd need to see better pics.

Your scars don't look that bad. Given your skin color, tread very cautiously towards lazers.

Your scars don't seem too severe but that could just be the photos. Have you tried any scar-fading treatments? I've been advised against laser treatment if there are still active blemishes in the area, but could have just been one specific dermatologist. I don't know how much it would affect your skin. :)
