Time is the best option. Otherwise, you should clean up your diet and give the body all the nutrients it needs to repair the damage that is done. I would look into dermastamp/roller and see where that takes you with the application of topicals as well to further enhance results. Maybe some peels or ipl laser to address the redness? I see maybe one or two small active spots, the rest seem to be just what is left over in the aftermath of acne lesions.
