Hello all..

can anyone tell me what is this, if they are scars, if so what kind, or if its hyperpigmentation? also, how long would you think they'd last? thanx

Hi there.

Firstly, for the most-part it's very hard to tell if somebody has scars from pictures. You would have to get a better quality picture with light hitting your face at an angle to have any hope of seeing scars in a picture. However if you do have scarring it would be a very small amount so i wouldn't worry.

You definitely have hyperpigmentation though, it's impossible to tell when exactly that'll completely go away. Red marks usually improve about 50% or more each month in my experience, but with diminishing amounts of improvement each month until they're totally gone.
