Hey!

I used accutane for 3 years until last fall. My doctor recommended waiting a couple of months before treating scars / red marks. I was hoping my skin would improve by itself but it does not :(

What can I do to get rid of my red marks and big pores at the cheeks?

Hey! Your skin is actually not bad. You have a bit of active acne, which shouldn't be hard to get rid of. To get rid of some of the scarring TCA peels would help along with TCA cross for any icepicks. There is a lot of information on the site about both of them.
