Any idea what these are and what I can do to try and get rid of them?

I used to have horrific acne a few years ago but it was all cleared up with a long period of roaccutane.

These marks have developed over the past 6 months though and i just want to get rid of them. So any help is appreciated.

Cheers.

Most of those look like active acne that is under the skin? Correct me if I'm wrong.

It probably is active. I'll read through your profile thanks. Just looking for any ideas on how I can improve my skin.

My diet is heavily protein based to be fair (because of gym).

If it's active and under the skin does that mean it's probably diet related or..?

i would add in an aha nightly to help keep those pores clear and bp to spot treat but you must use spf everyday.

It's probably diet related. You probably take whey protein, or something like that which can cause acne. Try taking all dairy out of your diet, and also go low carb and sugar for 2 weeks if you want to see if there is any change.

i doubt it's related to whey protein as I stopped taking the stuff for multiple weeks a while back and there was no improvement. I don't understand why my skin has gotten so bad recently. I'll probably purchase some aha once my current course of antibiotics are finished (for chest acne..)

Thanks for the suggestions so far.
