I'm 15 and have had acne since I was 12. I have some pimples on my face that aren't flat but most of my pimples are flat. Does this mean they are scars? If so, what are some ways to reduce my scars?

looks like hyper pigmentation, which is the red mark thats left over after acne or trauma to the skin. Scars are actually indentations in the skin.

Looking at the picture, something like tazorac or even finacea could help fade them. But if left alone will go away over time.

I have the same thing around my cheeks and neck area, but I'm acne prone still, would these products still work or what route should I take
