I've had these for two years. The recovery of my skin is like sending a turtle into a marathon.

I've considered some strong salycilic acid treatment but I need knowledge/education about it.

What would you do/try if you were me?

Pictures with and without flash. Other cheek not as bad as this one

Help plzz

Your skin actually looks pretty good.

From what I have heard products with glycolic acid (AHA) may work better for your skin than salicylic acid. You can order an AHA moisturizer from the acne.org website or get a toner that contains it. Just my opinion. Good luck.

Its not bad no.. but when having same marks for two years they will annoy the shit out of you :D

I dont want to change my daily routine. I just want a once a week or once a month treatment to get them to disappear faster

You could always try microdermabrasion. I haven't tried it myself but there are other threads on this forum about it.

I've heard it's not good if you still have active acne which I have.

My skin looks a lot like yours just a little worse (more indents..) I had a 30% salicylic acid peel done around christmas and I don't really see a difference in my scars. I know you should do more than one to get results but it was super painful and the down time way too long for me. I shed like a snake for 2 weeks and face was red for months.

I'm considering derma rolling next..
