Well i know the area is meant to be a bit redder for a while afterwards, but i've never heard of anyone's scars merging together...
TCA can, depending on the scar, take a few sessions (like 3?) and sometimes they look worse before getting better, so dont be too dishearted.
Also, your scars are not bad at all, it could always be alot worse.
Good luck

I think the merging was was just because two particular scars were really really really close together.
You are absolutely right though, it could be much worse. I never really suffered bad skin, but had a terrible break out that continued for about three months, felt a bit like all the scarring happened other night.
Thanks bonsai 🙂
how long did you wait before stmaping and doing the peels
I did my first stamp around seven months ago. would stamp, wait a month, peel, wait a month, stamp.
The Tca cross is something I have only just tried- about 3 weeks ago I tried it on a scar near my temple and it most definitely did fill in, I would say nearing 50%- may go down still though.
hey, so how did you get these scars originally? how long have you had them? who is doing these procedures?
So the scars were a result of a short lived hormonal break out, no cysts, but never dealt with acne prior- I essentially over cleansed/exfoliated during that time ripping the skin etc. I have had them about 1.5 years
I did my first tca peel myself. Second was done by my derm (I didn't want to go further without getting advice in case I made things worse). The other 3 I did, and all the stamping I did myself also.
oh ok, hmm, its a bit odd that they merged, but as you say its because they were close together. this must also mean the the skin is dissolving in thickness for this to happen (logically?) so with that in mind, i would guess that over time the whole area will become the same depth and thus show a reduction in the indentations?
what do you think? what has your derm said]
just did some googling, because i too have some minor ice pick atrophic scars from skin picking. And here is a good thread
photos are on page 18. it seems this maria girl had very good results. see what you can dig out of that thread thats useful and regurgitate it here
