Can anyone try to help me here, on my cheeks mostly, the most simplest of spots are forming scarring? The spot which is lower of the two i can already tell is depressed into my skin, whereas the top is not. I'm not sure why this is happening as I am not picking atall?
Its making me quite down as i have this a fair bit. Can anyone help?

Did you pick them initially? Were they cysts?
I had several cysts before Christmas and I believe I did pop them (a few by accident I think). They all left red marks for about a month, then became slightly indented. I'm not sure why I suddenly scarred so easily but I will say that I was stressed and not eating well during that time which may have affected my ability to heal. That's just a guess, though. I have a cyst right now that I have completely left alone and I'm eating WAY better now so I'm hoping it won't leave a scar.
Following a clean diet and skin care regime will fight further acne. But it may be diffiicult to get reid of the already caused scars. So you may thing of getting an acne scar removal treatment, may be a laser treamtent. I ahd done mine from Fairview cosmetic clinic in Toronto.
