Depends what you mean by mild? And pitted or superficial scars? When I checked the cosmetic services at a dermatologist recently Vibradermabrasion seemed to be the same as microdermabrasion, which only seems to work for red marks and very minimal rough texture of the skin. Please correct me if I"m wrong! I also have mild scarring (red marks and shallow dents) so this thread is of special interest to me.

My scars have some depth to them, but probably mostly shallow. They are still pretty red, so it's hard to tell exactly what kind of damage is going on because I find that when a scar is red it makes it look so much worse. The description I read on the vibradermabration stated it helps with acne scarring, but it didn't say what severity of scars. I'm hoping that someone that reads this will have had some experience with this!
