Michelle, on the first picture especially, you can notice that some scarring is present. If you have trouble seeing them, look at the marks that are actually embedded into the skin. They seemingly have a grey tint to them because the light creates a shadow, making the pits of the scars darker than the surrounding skin.
Have you visited a dermatologist for your acne? If not, you should do that as soon as possible. Don't be alarmed about your scarring, but it's best that you take care of the problem before it becomes more severe. To do that, you first have to control your breakouts and put an end to them entirely.
The redness doesn't appear to be scarring. I believe that it's inflammation caused by recent breakouts. The redness should heal once your breakouts have stopped, but there are some embedded scars in your skin that will not heal on their own. Those scars will require further treatment in order to remove them.
yep agree with other posters, get your acne under control, incorporate an AHA into your routine to help speed the fading, or a weekly peel of lactic or glycolic acid (go slow and read directions!)...and you'll be left with mild rolling scars, those can be treated with derma rolling if money is an issue, or lasers
hang in there, get a good routine going and you'll see some improvement
