It's said that after applying dermaroller you should use some lotions/creams with Retinol etc.

Is those creams are in some way prepared not to clog pores and irritates skin?

Any experiences or infos which lotions/ creams use or not use?

Noone want to use cream to help for acne scars, which would block pores and causes acne again...
