Basically, i've started taking in k-2 vitamin along with vitamin C and D3, and have started to notice a slight improvement towards my red marks...there a lot easy to cover up and less noticeable, its only been a week however. all these 3 vitamins help with collagen production and blood flow, has anyone else tried this?

I'm taking a general vitamin by Deva nutrition that contains these vitamin groups & I can see it is helping my skin too...I'm also using other modalities that are boosting the effects of the vitamin supplementation...I've no doubt that for longterm general health/ skin health, quality vitamin/ mineral/ efa supplementation are vital....Cheers
