Flaking Scars Please Read

Okay, I need some help guys. I recently had subcision one about one month ago. About 9 days ago I did needling on my forehead. It scabbed, came off sometime. Well it looks like the area is filling in, but it's like white flakes. I'm really confused and need feedback. I really don't think it's dry skin, because I have really oily skin. I have read the forums on self needling and people talk about scars "filling in" I'm not sure what's going on here..if it's normal or what. It doesn't look bad..just confused.

I have the same sorta thing happening to me right now!!! But my scar/cut was from hockey.. my skin was rough for a bit.. and now it feels like normal skin, however... everyday for the past week.. it'll flake a little more everyday. i have the exact same question as you

oh sorry for the late reply!! its about 8 months old now! and it it doesnt hurt at ll anymore.. just flaking a lot at the moment! just cant wait for it to go away!! aha

Yeah I understand.. I don't think it's try skin I actually think it might be trying to heal more. Sort of like how a scab would form. Only time will tell.. =)
