So I've been off accutane since March , and my face is staying pretty much the same.A little improvment , but too little for so many months I mean my acne was gone in August last year and I've been dealing with red marks since.
I'm using BHA 2% Lotion everyday for exfolation.
I'm moisturizing twice daily.
I've used chiemical peels 30% with no result.
Should I try V-beam , does anyone have any reccomandations?
Also I think my moisturizer Cetaphil Lotion is irritating my skin, everytime I apply it it gives me very red skin and greasy.
Any moisturizer recommandations also mabye?

Well I have tried Vbeam in the past for broken capillaries and it worked really well to get rid of that redness. I have never used it for hyperpigmentation, but it is designed to get rid of the redness, so it might work for you. I would recommend going to a good dermatologist's office that specializes in lasers to at least get a consult on what they would recommend. As for the moisturizer, I actually use Cetaphil and I have never had a problem with it. But Eucerin or Aquaphor are supposed to be really good brands, so you may want to try them and see if you have better results.
Hey there, I'm on accutane at the moment. My brother also used accutane for his acne over 10 years ago and said that the redness took upto a year to fade for him. It might just be something that's going to take a bit of time. I'd say wait it out then reassess. Be gentle with your skin.
Have you considered asking your Dermatologist about it?
This is not severe at all, just red & inflamed...please see a naturopath ASAP & start to use healing natural topicals only...also they should help you with detoxing safely....also, discuss with them the merits of drinking supergreen powder https://www.synergynatural.com/product-information/super-greens.html [chlorella/ spirulina/ wheat grass/ barley grass] with fresh veg/ fruit juice daily - this should heal you at a DNA/ RNA level...beta glucan tablets & topical [see Garden of Wisdom etc] might be helpful too...but please speak to the naturopath first....All the best!
PS Stop using all chemical peels/ lasers/ chemical topicals etc...your skin needs only the most gentle, natural, safe treatment...
PPS Some good natural brands are: The Body Deli, Jess Organics, Pure Skin Junkie, Sukin....and Bion Research look okay, but they are not 100% natural...
PPPS If required, just use 100% organic essential tea tree oil or lavender oil on individual spots....
My red marks were sooo bad, I was scared they would never fade. They are still not gone close to 8 months later, so I feel your pain. But looking back at pictures they have faded A LOT. This is not hyperpigmentation, this is scar tissue, thats why it's taking so long. If you've ever had surgery or gotten stitches, it takes forever to fade those. This is not simple red marks, it will probably take years to fade completely.
I'm using Aha for my red marks and i am seeing a bit of improvement I got off accutane in October and I'm still struggling with these damn red marks. Take forever to fade away. Unless you have active acne still you should use AHA rather than BHA. Also for a good moisturizer I use CeraVe moisturizer cream in the tub. I love the stuff. Nice and thick and creamy but soaks in nicely and it last forever. It has ingredients in it to remove redness. I hate Cetaphil I bought that before I tried the CeraVe and it's a greasy oily mess of a moisturizer. I hated it and washed it off my skin everytime I used it. No moisturizer should take over a hour to soak into the skin. I want 5 mins tops! I use 50/50 CeraVe to AHA and my skin loves me for it! Really
