At the moment I have minor acne (hopefully it will stay that way) but have a lot of red acne marks/hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and chin from really bad acne breakouts a month ago.

I went to the a Chinese herbal doctor, told him this, he took my pulse and looked at my tongue then gave me specific herbs; which i have just boiled and drank. Tasted absolutely awful, but anyone have any experience with this and what were the results like?
