In your photo your scarring looks to be more moderate than severe, in my opinion. I can't comment on subcision and fillers as I have not had these treatments myself but have you considered the eDermastamp at all? Your scars seem quite isolated so maybe this treatment would suit you also.

Why? It won't damage your unscarred skin. Subcision will still effect your unscarred skin as the needle is inserted outside your scars, so into unscarred skin. Subcision will also cause bruising and possibly blood pooling under your skin (all good things) that will spread beyond the bounds of your scarring.
Skin needling is performed on unscarred skin anyway, for collagen production and product penetration so there are no risks of damaging your "normal" skin.
I've been looking into subcision too, for some bound down boxcars....but I can't find anyone that does it!!! HOw did you find a doctor? Am I using the wrong google combination of words???
I found docs from people on this website. Unfortunately I also had to take a 2 hour trip to NYC/NJ. There just aren't a lot that care to know about this technique.
Thanks! I found three doctors in NY. Actually booked a consultation for the beginning of July with Orentreich. The consultation fee is steep, but I'm desperate to get the ball rolling. Can I ask who you used? PM me if that would be better! Always good to hear people's experiences!

i dont kno honestly my skin is super sensitive any puncture to unscarred skin will leave a scar. my skin has me so lost its unbelivable. to make matters worse i managed to have hairfollicles grow all over my cheeks on top of my scars! it makes me a outcast and i cant stand it
