Okay so after about a good three months, I have managed to dramatically reduce the amount of acne that I have through careful managing of my diet. It turns out dairy and wheat were the culprits! Now that I've got it a bit under control, I'd like to tackle the issue of the scars that I have. They're not pretty and they hurt my self-confidence. They are all on my temples and forehead only. They are the worst on my right temple. I don't even pick my skin, it just seems to scar at random. Can someone please help me identify what kind of scars they are and how to treat them? Or if they're not scars and they are just PIH (crossing my fingers), what can I do to speed up the process of its dissipation?

And on an unrelated note, my back has absolutely EXPLODED with zits for really no apparent reason. I can't think of anything that I have done out of the ordinary for my skin that would result in the disaster zone on my back. Pics are also included and any help wold be greatly appreciated!
