Most scars do improve over time but you can speed cell turnover with retinoid products, vitamin C and dermarolling.

i think so i had some that i think were more box car type scarring and they all filled in over time. took a few years though. i now take 1000mg of vitamin c everyday to help with my current scars and it really helps.

Tiny ones like the one you mentioned probably will fill in over time. Heck, if they're the size equivalent to the tip of a needle, I wouldn't even worry about them.
