I have the two big boxcar scars from my childhood, one is above my eyebrow, another is left. According to what i saw on the net, PUNCH ELEVATION seem to be the best way for my scars removal. I wanna know whether it's appropriate for my scars, or after the treatement, how is the improvement?
I'm new to US from China, I hope someone exprienced can tell me that, or recommend one better dermatologist for me.

Your photo is very dark, but the boxcar scar looks very shallow to me. Is this right? Punch elevation is best saved for deeper boxcar scarring. Have you looked into TCA cross, chemical peels, dermabrasion or skin needling? There would also be lasers that would improve these scars but keep in mind the side effects of all treatments.
Maybe a more clear photo would help us to determine what treatment is best for you?
