Unless you have severe, widespread, and scarring acne, The Regimen is normally my suggestion for the most effective acne treatment.

So this is really frustrating.. Middle of Junior year of high school that's when i started to break out. But thankfully I found a regimen that helped me cleared out my acne throughout my senior year.

I used in the morning olay sensitive foaming face wash and moisturized it with Aveeno Active Naturals Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer/

And at night I used the same product but this time I used neutrogena on the spot treatment (2.5% bp) between the washing and the moisturizing.

Now I'm in my 2nd year into college and I'm starting break out like crazy in my cheeks.

I recently changed my regimen

morning: olay sensitive foaming face wash, dan's 2.5% bp, and moisturized it with Aveeno Active Naturals Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer.

and the same thing at night but this time I let the bp sit on my face a little longer because I don't have time to wait in the morning.

I also take zinc 50 mg every morning. and vitamin a at night. im asian if that even matters. should i give up and start going to the derm or wait this one out?

those look like they will fade by themselves in a few months...maybe longer. just be patient!
