A dermatologist would be able to give you the best advice and treatments especially for raised scars.

Dermatologists would do a combination of non-ablative/vascular/pulsed-dye laser, some IPL (to reduce the redness) or other scar removal methods. Some people on these forums may advise you to use OTC scar tapes, but they haven't been proven to be effective.
