I feel like its almost gone. It's only a seven month old scar. I've dermarolled it twice with a month between starting at four months after I got the scar. I would say its level, but I can still see the edges.
I kept the wound moist with honey when I first got it. And I have been using coco butter on it.
Is it possible there's still microswelling? Or is it just filling in over time.
There could be a bit of micro-swelling still but it's been 30 days since you did anything with it so you should be seeing some improvement by now. 
I only started seeing results after the fourth week of my second treatment. I would give your skin another week or two and re-evaluate. Hope you're seeing results!
