I believe they are called rolling scars, but don't hold me to it as I'm not that informed on scars, I have some minor ice pick scars on my forehead, not from acne but picking when I was younger (ughh, stupid me!). Me personally, I have tried Neutrogena's at home microdermabrasion kit Target, it was like $20 and AWESOME. I noticed improvement right away. I wouldn't use it if you had any currently inflamed bumps though. Best of luck!
