From what I read, I didn't read all of it, but it's basically a combination of skin needling and the added blood gel

I do believe that just with the skin needling itself you can improve yr acne scars, scars need some type of trauma to reveal new collagen, so it makes sense why this would work, the blood gel is just an added bonus to the treatment
