Orange peel skin - What are my options?

I'm using Green Cream and Mandelic acid which are controlling my hormonal acne. However because my skin is clearer now, my huge pores are more noticeable. Actually they're between ice-pick scars and large pores, very deep holes that my my skin saggy. To make matters worse, I have oily skin so my skin has a "waxy" complexion all the time. So my skin literally looks like an orange peel. Is there any viable treatment that can improve my overall complexion, or smooth out my pores somehow?

Dermaroller is supposed to help orange peel skin.

I had waxy, orange-peely skin that looked scarred because of the cobble stone-like texture that made me look older and the light wouldn't reflect off my skin in a normal way.

Anyway, I have done three rounds of Levulan + blu light and it is 80 percent better. The really hard Sebaceous Hyperplasia bumps don't soak up much Levulan and as a result don't respond well to treatment. Instead, I get those cauterized. I circle the bumps I want burned with a ball point pen because they are skin colored and hard for the doc to see in certain light.

About once a year I have to get my SH bumps burned. I think of it as maintenance. Hope this helps. Afte my acne ended I got stuck with sebacous hyperplasia, which didn't see fair.

Take it easy on your skin! You're over exfoliating... I'd write more, but I think you may be gone as this is an old post.

Use a sulfer wash
