I'm a teenager and I don't have horrible acne, mostly just black heads and shit that are deep in the pores. Well sometimes, randomly, the black heads will turn into cysts... I dont mind the black heads but the cysts really tick me off and turn into a mess! How do I get the swelling to go down??
