Advice On Store Bought Regiment Products?

After reading up on The Regiment, I decided to go to the drug store and purchase what I needed/ However after re-reading the tutorial I'm second guessing all of them. Before I return them I thought I'd find out if I can get away with what I got without there being any problems down the line.

Heres what I got

Moisturizer: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Clenser. This actually seems like a decent moisturizer but it doesn't create any kind of lather and can't visibly see if its on my hands at all.

Benzo Peroxide: Generic Skin Astringent. Yeah not sure what I was thinking, It contains benzo acid which I presumed was the same. It's a liquid and the regiment here suggest either a gel or cream.

Moisturizer: Facial Moisturizing Lotion: Non-comodgenic Non-Irritating but I'm not so sure about it being non-medicated since it contains ceramides niacinamide and hyaluronic acid" I know niacin is a supplement so it sounds sorta medicated to me.

I think I may be over thinking this, but the products aren't exactly cheap and If I'm going to attempt this I think it's better for me not to be frugal so I'll definitely be replacing the astringent with a gel. I'm sure the products they sell here are great but I'm too impatient to wait for shipping and I want to start as soon as possible, so if anyone can recommend some quality store bought products or provide feedback to what I purchased I'd appreciate it.

The product you bought as 'benzoyl peroxide' isn't benzoyl peroxide - so if you want to be following the acne.org regimen, then that won't help. You need to get a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream or gel product.

What's the brand of the mosituriser you bought? Cetaphil? It's not medicated and is fine to use on the regimen - I use the cetaphil moisturiser myself.

The cetaphil cleanser you mentioned is fine too but I think it's better to get one that does foam - I've been using the Johnsons Top-to-toe baby wash which works well with the regimen and I haven't had issues with it so I'd recommend that one (called head-to-toe in some places)
