I have been doing alot of research trying to find a product, or combination of products that works for me. I always have mild acne on my cheeks that I cant seem to shake. I recently noticed Acnevir, and as I have learned in the past, it is always a good idea to go home and research a product before buying it, so I did. I found so many reviews and they all said the same thing- immediate amazing results. So, I went back and bought a tube of the treatment cream. The first time I used it was at night. I washed my face with Neurtrogena Ultra Gentle face wash, dried my face, then applied the Acnevir. I noticed my tiny bumbs were disapearing within hours! When I woke up the next morning I was amazed. My face was a bit dry, but most of my pimples were gone or drastically reduced. That morning I showered and applied again, this time I followed up with a moisturizer (neutrogena ultra gentle soothing lotion). That day I had several new painful pimples pop up while I was at work along my jawline, and my tiny bumps seem to be coming back. I washed my face when I got home from work, applied the Acnevir and moisturizer, and skipped my before bed face washing. This morning I woke up to a few more pimples around where the others popped up. I know they say not to pop pimples, but in my experience these pimples I seem to get pop fairly easily and heal much faster after being popped, so I popped those ones.

Im thinking I should maybe stick with washing my face and applying Acnevir mornings and nights and skip the moisturizer for a while and see if that helps. I always wonder too with topicals if I am applying too much or not enough.

Does anyone have any experience or advice?
