Pan Oxyl won't be back in the store for some time unfortunaly. if you want the details they are in various thread on the forum.
Next best thing on the UK market seems to be Quinoderm. This is a BP cream that comes in 2.5% and 4% I believe. Like with al l products it has mixed reviews. It's cream based asapposed to water based like PA aqua gel.
Other options are to buy pan Oxyl off eBay or other private listings or give dans BP a go. I order mine from Amazon.com. Comes to about 16 including postage but you get 8 oz so works out very well priced. Does take a couple of weeks to arrive tho as its getting shipped from the US.
I'm in the same position Panoxyl 2.5 kept my acne under control for six years! I'm going to my doctor on Thursday to see if he can prescribe me an alternative. I want a gel rather than a cream but I think it'll have to be 5% rather than 2.5. I think that'll be ok for me as I don't really get flaky although I do get some redness
Anyway, apparently they can prescribe acnecide which is a 5% bp gel and Duac which is a 5% bp gel with a topical antibiotic (clindamycin) so I'm hoping to try one of those.
If those don't work for me I'll look into Dan's bp again. I used to get it at first but then it got so expensive to ship it and I get prescriptions free so I'd definitely rather try that first! And my acne is pretty bad and 2.5 never completely cleared me so I'd quite like to try something stronger anyway.
Hope you find a solution!
I actually went to boots during my panic the next day, I picked up some Quinoderm 10% luckily enough, will be trying it out once my PanOxyl runs out, hope it works. Thanks for the suggestions guys, if this doesn't work I'll be looking into buying off eBay, I'm sure.
10% is plentiful.its the lower % BP's that people can't get i think.

Really? That's a shame then, I actually used 10% when I first started using BP, I had no side effects like redness or irritation.. so I guess it's fine by my skin.
