Beard Trimmer And Electric Shaver On Regimen

Hi Guys,

I currently use a beard trimmer to shave down to stubble on areas where acne is i.e. along jawline etc, and electric shaver for areas unaffected. Which is pretty much just the tash.

Anyways, on the regimen when is the best time to shave. Before applying stuff in the morning, after. I feel like shaving, having a shower and then applying everything just increases aggravation but not many more options.

Any opinions would be appreciated!

So just applied the regimen for the third day. Already my skin is really red from the BP. Particularly on my cheeks. I just applied it now and it is stinging like fuck!

I used to use a 10% PanOxyl wash, basically 10% BP. After applying that even though I used it for like two years my skin was always so red.

Would I take no acne but redskin? At the moment yes...I suppose

Ignore the second part of this post. It was suppose to be a different post ha. I'm tired!

I think either morning or night is fine, since what you're doing is cutting the hair above the skin (I believe, from what you're saying). I usually shower, wait for face to dry, use stubble trimmer on face - all at night, then apply whatever product. The beard/stubble trimmer really did save my skin, any stick/electric razor would break me out horrifically!

Thanks. Yeh thats what I'm doing. I can only grow dark facial hair on neck and jawiline. Rest is still very light as I'm fair haired, but shaving down to stubble seems to aggravate a lot less

Shave then shower then do regimen. To solve stinging issues and redness. Moisturize first let it dry bp let it dry then moisturize again with a couple drops of jojoba oil. I use Conair shaver with no shaving cream just water. Hurts a lil but zero breakouts.
