I am 21 and have had problems with acne since i was 13. Its not that huge problem but i noticed that i am lacking of facial hair. There is "something" above the upper lip. Is that anyhow related to acne?
You may need to clarify what you mean by 'something'.
I know plenty of boys older than you who struggle to grow proper facial hair (some anywhere, some in certain places) I wouldnt worry too much about it.
