Im embarrassed to show these. Im embarrassed to look my family in the eye. I™m embarrassed to go to my job orientation tomorrow. I™m embarrassed to continue dating a guy I like. I just want to keep myself locked in my room. My depression has been getting worse and I™m still trying to wake up everyday and keep going. I think triamcinolone acetonide may have been attributed to this breakout. I used it twice everyday and slathered it on A LOT. I had 1 pimple on my forehead, then I smeared it there too and a breakout occurred. I NEVER had this many pimple on my forehead too, it™s not a normal spot for my acne to go.

I™m getting off the cream and going to keep with the birth control (for acne) and hope to get some other kind of pills for acne. I have bought some cleansers online and Im upset because this all slowly started happening once I ran out of a majority of my skincare products. I™m never going to run out again.

I™m going to be strict with my diet and stay away from dairy and keep on a vegan diet. Anything. I™m desperate and suffering. These cysts hurt a lot, especially when I wash my face.

2 Possibilities.1. A side effect oftriamcinolone acetonide cream (Steroid) is making an infection worse.2. Steroid creamcan also trigger demodicosis caused by demodex skin mites.Your skin's redness may indicate Rosacea Subtype 2 with papules and pustules instead of acne.Rosacea Subtype 2 is frequently misdiagnosed as acne.It happened to me for literally decades. It only took 2 weeks to finally clear the misdiagnosed rosacea when I finally got the right treatment.

The pictures in the following medical study are similar to yours:

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamadermatology/fullarticle/1784334

If it is Rosacea, the surface skin damage is caused by an overpopulation of microscopicdemodex skin mites.Demodex skin mites eat oil.The triamcinolone acetonide cream may have triggered amassive die off of demodex skin mites. When the mites die, they create pustules.Everybody has demodex ,a few are normal.Any product like Accutane or birth control pills that control the skin's oil output can appear to help control the demodex by limiting the skin's oil.Products that control skin oil can appear to help, but they do not cure the underlying issue.Ahealthy immune system keeps the demodex population in check. Most of the human immune system is in the gut.The cause of Rosacea has been strongly linked to Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) or Small Intestinal Fungal Overgrowth (SIFO) or too much H. Pyloribacteria all in the digestive system.

A doctor can test your skin for demodex and determine if that is the cause or the problem is a surface infection. If you have gut issues they can test for SIBO/SIFO as well.SIBO/SIFO and H. Pylori infections can be treated with the right antibiotic and/or antifungal drug in as little as 1-3 weeks. The gut infections are typically treated with different antibiotics and/or antifungal drugs than normally prescribed for acne or rosacea.Oral Ivermectin will kill demodex skin mites in the skin to clear the overpopulation.2 once a week doses based on body weight of Oral Ivermectinhave been shown to be highly effective at clearing the demodex from the skin and eye oil glands.Oral Metronidazole and the expensive Rifaximin are 2 antibiotics that have worked extremely well to treat SIBO in multiple medical studies. There are several oral fungal drugs available to treat SIFO.

If the causeis a skin infection it needs immediate treatment with antibiotics. It is a fungal infection it needs immediate treatment with an antifungal treatment. You need to see a doctor.

A healthy well balanced diet, low in sugar with probiotics can help keep your gut and skin healthy.Sugar can make your skin oiler which feeds demodex, bacteria and fungus.

Here's some medical study papers showing how they successfully treated demodex, rosacea and SIBO/SIFO.I took the 2 week, 2 drug combined treatment with Oral Ivermectin + Oral Metronidazole. It worked. My skin is still clear 3.5 years later,no relapses.I also had misdiagnosed SIBO which is likely whythe Oral Metronidazole added to the Oral Ivermectin worked to clear both the surface demodex skin mites and the SIBO.Oral Metronidazole clears at least 2 of the bacteria known to cause SIBO and H. Pylori infections.

Here are several more medical studies showing the excellent results obtained with Rifaximin and Oral Ivermectin.

Corticosteroids can wreak havoc, as you have noticed. Luckily, normally when you stop using them, the acne should start subsiding.

Let me also throw in here that vegan might not be ideal. From the research on diet we have, low carb seems to be what keeps insulin (and thus other hormones) in check better than avoiding meat does. I want you to have every weapon in your arsenal right now, so you can always go vegan once you're cleared up, but if it were me I'd go low carb.

Over and over again we see the same food types being responsible for a wide range of acne problems.

These food types are:

1) Dairy
2) High Carbohydrate, High Glycemic Foods
3) Sugar
4) Alcohol
5) Gluten

Cut out these foods and you might have a manageable long term solution.

Here is my success story:
