Using aha even after scab have come off?

So I have been using the regimen for around 1 1/2 months. I have had success but I still have some clogged pores and maybe one or two small pimples. Unfortunately, every time one pimple goes away it seems that another one sprouts up in a different place, so I decided to start using AHA. First, I am just wondering it is OK to put AHA on even if I still have a few pimples. Just to let you all know, I have only been doing half AHA and half moisturizer cause I dont want to breakout. Second, when I use AHA on a pimple scab it usually comes off within that day or the next, and it leaves a pinkish spot that most scabs usually leave. My question is should I leave this pinkish spot alone and not put AHA on it, because many times makes the spot inflamed, bigger, and red. Thanks

Well I wouldn't put AHA on fresh new skin since it's more sensitive. So you should probably wait a few days to put it on :)
