Currently I have a lot of acne on my forehead and few pimples on my cheeks.

I will also be taking Zinc (Good'n'natural) and B-Complex.
I'm 17 years old and starting getting acne when I was 15 so my acne is teenage acne ^^

I hope I'm gonna motivate you guys too and myself... lol
Really tired of acne, I can't even get haircut cuz my fuc**** forehead is covered in acne

Let's see how BP, Sudocrem and moisturizer works for me..
Gonna include pictures at the end if it actually works.

So I will..

• Wash my face first without any soaps or cleansers, just water
• Wait 10 minutes to dry
• Apply Benzoyl Peroxide
• Wait 10 minutes
• Apply moisturizer
• Wait 5 minutes

Apply Sudocrem and massage it into my skin for 1 minutes

I will be doing that at night only, wash it off in the morning and apply moisturizer because my face is gonna be dry af.

Day 1
3 new guys popped up on my cheel
Less redness on some spots

Day 2
Nothing changed but a liiiiiiiiittle bit less redness

Day 3
Nothing really changed..
