Starting this to keep a written log of my progress with a supplement regimen. While "The Regimen" as outlined on this site DOES work (from personal experience), I don't want to rely on a time-consuming topical regimen and so have decided to take a different approach. Will update week to week. As for as topical treatment, I am using First Aid Beauty "Skin Rescue Deep Cleanser," followed by a light patting application of pure organic argan oil (a wonderful oil that has never made me break out), and spot treating with apple cider vinegar and Osmia Organics spot treatment. Yes, this supplement list is pretty extensive, but I've done a fair bit of research on the irsafety and combined efficacy (questions and suggestions welcome). Hopefully I can scale back once my skin clears up. For background, I have moderate acne- I typically get whiteheads and pustules, as well as deeper pimples along my jawline. I take low-dose progestin only birth control.

Hi,
Could you update on your progress please? I have just started taking vitamin A (in the form of cod liver oil) I only take one teaspoon per day which translates as 2000 IU of vitamin A -my diet is also quite nutrient rich. I am worried to take any more in case of toxicity, what do you think?
Thanks
