I am gonna try out a diet that i did already before that gave results but then started breakout again. I will test it to see if there was any other factor that led to the breakout. No sugary drinks,sweets,bread,dairies(except grass fed eggs which i think they dont harm me ). Balanced o3 and o6 intake huge ammount of fruits and veggies and i will keep my water intake as it because i am drinking so much water already. I am 17 so i cant cut out some foods like potatoes(never eaten fried tho),rice,pasta. I will try out this diet for 40-50 days and if its going good i will keep it for 3 months and i will make an update every 3-4 days wish me luck
Day 4 Ended and i successfully proved my self that diet plays a huge role on my acne since the donuts,cakes,pizza i ate 7-8 days before helped me to have a bad breakout that i never had in summer while i had a healthier diet. Anyways nothing new comes up and the post breakouts are fading . As i see my diet goes well i am eating a lot of veggies and fruits (apples,bananas,grapes,lettuce,carrots,green peppers mostly) I am drinking a lot of water i am not eating any bread,sweet,dairy apart from an grass fed egg i ate which wont harm. Wish i can prove my self that with a healthier diet i ll keep my acne under control as i did for about a month in the summer (under control i mean no acne but red marks still or just a whitehead or pustule once in 2 weeks)
Day 8 is ending i am not really getting breakouts but its not cus of the diet but its just usual for my skin to calm down after a breakout for a while. I have noticed that i am not really prone to pustules in cheeks and forehead anymore but i got one pustule on my temple a week ago. The diet goes fine i may starve at times but once i think whats better should iget acne and eat bad or eat healthy and have less or none acne the starvation goes away lol . Through the next month i should see if diet really plays a huge role in my breakouts or not.
