My skin is red,itchy and dry after using proactive cleanser.i stopped using it after first trial.But even after 1 week it looks same.Should I consult a doctor?Or does it go away it's own?.I have a wedding to attend next week.Please help.any home remedies.i am attaching picture of my neck

Looks like a combination of over-dryness, irritation, and scratching on your part. You should see your dermatologist about this!

I would recommend stop using the Proactive and just use a neutral moisturizer on the rash. When you wash it, use warm water and don't scrub!
