Gluten Free Diet

I noticed when I went to Korea, I didn't eat anything with gluten really. And my skin was really really clear.

So.... Im gonna try a gluten free diet!

day one:

im dying lol. i miss bread.

there are so many alternatives, so get baking! I like the Bob's red mill bread mix, good protein and not too hard to make, try it you'll really like it.

and there are so many great recipes out there, it's just expensive- and stay away from rice flour, and go with higher protein and higher fiber Teff flour and Oat flour- I use a 50/50 blend of that in my baking and things come out great

I've been gluten free for over a year now, and while it is tough going out, I've really gotten into cooking and baking at home

Once you see the results and start to feel and look better you won't miss that white flour at all

still not sure how this is working out.

i went on vaca with a friend... broke rules for 5 days cause they dont eat gluten free and i ate up all the fruit.

back on gluten free now. i just know that my face isnt as chubby when i dont eat gluten.

dairy is the other culprit...try ditching that for a month, that may help your acne

and on the gluten you may find that it isn't a trigger, lucky you! gluten free is tough going

I don't eat dairy either... minus yogurt once in a while.

 

I feel just all around better not eating gluten. it helps with bloating.

first week I was a mess , mad at everyone and tired but that seemed to have went away!
