hi guys I really need some help with my skin, I started getting acne when i was 13 and it faded when i was about 19. Now i have had horrible horrible skin for 4 years and i just need some help from any body to tell me what it is! It covers my whole face & back. Its faint on my legs, arms and chest.
I have a suspeicion that it is candida related, but I don't know 
any help would be great

It is really hard to see what is going on - which is a good thing! I suspect your skin is bumpy, and if you think it's fungal you could try an anti fungal cream on just a small area to see how it responds...
I'm an AHA fan, so test another small area with that and see what responds better - but you have to give the trial at least a month.

my skin isn't actually bumpy, it just looks horrible
I rarely even get spots anymore since i was 19, just this horrible complexion. Id just like to add i have CFS which maybe related, who knows.
It is like a inflamation layer under my skin and its under my arms, legs, back & chest.
not sure what else i can say but ill answer any questions
